Wonderful

Very good location. You can get there from the airport by bus very easy. 20 min. Loads of shops, restaurants, shopping centre

Stay for a small family with a seven year old

It was the absolute perfect location for a seven-year-old and this 54-year-old also had a blast on the waterslides with my son. Our room was right next to the waterslides and I think we spent the whole vacation on the waterslides couldn’t be better Teddy and the staff were wonderful and we are ever in that part of the world again will be staying at the splash again

Just couldn’t be better if we come again we will get the all inclusive, but that was our mistake

Family getaway

Everything, the rooms were spotless, the kids' entertainment during the day and nighttime was really good, the pools with the slides were great fun. It was in a good location, supermarket next door ,just a really nice atmosphere

Exceptional

Staff made an effort to keep guests entertained. Everyone we met was polite and the rooms were nice and clean. Located around a 10 min walk to the main strip so was good to get a few steps in :) Taxi only circa 3 euro if you prefer not to walk back the hills or steps. Couldn’t fault the place - we would stay again.

The accessible bathroom very good but could do with some more drainage as bathroom ends up flooded. Resort very accessible, flat and has good ramps. Good exceptional for all inclusive, great selection and good quality. V well organised. Very clean, staff constantly cleaning Entertainers great with kids. Best all inclusive have been to - will def go again.

The 1 bed apartment small for family of 4, could do with having some of the 2 bed apartments made accessible. Sun loungers very low and hard, could do with toppers on them. Pool hoist would really make it a grade A accessible resort.

Would definitely stay again!

The hotel overall was amazing very very clean and staff always helpful. The pools were so fun lifeguard always on duty kids club was amazing our son loved it and the sun loungers beside it make you feel so comfortable as you’re not too far from where they are. The food was amazing the options were endless!

The only thing I would say is lack of storage in the hotel room. As a family of 4 we had lots of clothes and needed more space to put them. No bin in living area either only a small one in the bathroom. We had a slight issue with a few ants in the sitting room but as long as we kept the balcony door closed it was fine they went away.

Great holiday and lovely clean hotel

It was clean, the food was really good, always something to eat at every mealtime. The slushy drinks for kids and adults were a fab touch

Great hotel would not hesitate to go back

The room we were in was ideal for all the amenities I often sat on the balcony which we really enjoyed. The only problem with the cleanliness was the room wasn’t cleaned twice once I told cleaner to leave it the other day she just didn’t clean it.The sheets weren’t changed on the week we stayed.

Brilliant for kids

Really good for kids and adults with slides etc Kids club was great can sit right outside. Although if no one went at when it opened then it wasn’t open for that afternoon etc Food, room etc was good bed was big enough for 4 of us although we did use the sofa bed to. Taxi from airport was 10mins so great and fast at getting them from reception turn up within minutes. We went for a day out at the zoo that was 10 mins from the hotel which was a great day.

Coffee could have been better.

The pools are brilliant for young kids,

No heated pool, rooms had no cutlery or delf , one small bin in the bathroom, not suitable to make any kind of snack or food , fridge tiny. Sofa bed extremely hard.
